Weekly Meditation Sessions (Sundays)

There are some folks interested in the meditations who can't attend during the week.  We're discussing moving the weekly meditations to a weekend, but until then we'll have a special meditation session this Sunday.  I hope you can all join us and that this is not too short a notice.  If you can't, I understand.  

The meditation will be at 11:00 am in the SL Outreach Retreat.  I may be able to lead it also on Teamspeak in the future if there seems to be interest outside of SL.  We'll try this one first.

I'll try to begin relatively close to the top of the hour, as the Eder D'uru Guild meeting is at noon.  I am planning for about 45 minutes of actual meditation.  The theme is on breathing to relax, centering, and peace.  For some this will show them what we've been doing, for others, it will be something of the same.  Never can practice correct breathing too often, though.

The Weekend Meditation was well attended, and everyone seemed to get something out of it.  So, we'll hold the meditations on Sundays now, at 11:00am Pacific Time.  Since this is on a weekend, there will be one session that day.

LC, I'm sorry you weren't able to rejoin us.    I waited for a while to see if you could come back but finally had to get started.  Hope you can join us next Sunday.

Our theme next week will be relaxation, as usual, and a special "safe journeys" wish for those who attended Mysterium.
